Edgepulse Terms of Service

Welcome to Edgepulse. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Edgepulse website, application, AI betting analysis, betting recommendations, subscription services, and related features ("Service").

By creating an account, subscribing to Edgepulse, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. About Edgepulse

Edgepulse is an AI-powered betting analysis platform that provides users with betting-related information, statistical analysis, predictions, and recommendations.

Edgepulse may provide users with a feed of betting opportunities and recommendations that can be browsed or searched through the Service.

Edgepulse does not operate a bookmaker, accept bets, hold gambling funds, or place bets on behalf of users.

Edgepulse does not guarantee profits, positive returns, winning bets, or any particular level of betting performance.

You should never wager money that you cannot afford to lose.

4. Gambling and Responsible Use

Gambling involves financial risk and can result in the loss of money.

You are responsible for complying with all gambling laws and regulations that apply to you in your location.

You should only use Edgepulse where access to and use of betting-related services is lawful.

You must not use Edgepulse to participate in unlawful gambling or to circumvent gambling restrictions.

6. Subscription

The standard Edgepulse subscription may be advertised at NZ$9.99 per month, although the actual price presented to you may vary depending on your location, currency, taxes, payment provider, promotions, or other applicable pricing adjustments.

The price displayed to you at the time of purchase will be the price applicable to your subscription unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions generally renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal.

By subscribing, you authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee according to the billing terms presented at checkout.

7. Pricing and Currency Conversion

Edgepulse may display subscription prices in different currencies depending on your location.

Currency conversions may be determined by Edgepulse, its payment provider, or another applicable payment processor.

The final amount charged may differ from a converted displayed amount due to exchange-rate movements, taxes, payment-provider fees, or other applicable charges.

Edgepulse may change its subscription prices in the future. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material pricing changes.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options provided through Edgepulse or the applicable payment provider.

Cancelling your subscription generally prevents future renewal charges but does not necessarily provide a refund for the current billing period.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or other rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Refunds

Refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the refund terms presented at the time of purchase.

Where applicable consumer law provides you with a right to a refund or other remedy, these Terms do not remove or restrict that right.

Edgepulse may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis where permitted by law.

10. Your Account

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.

• notify Edgepulse if you believe your account has been accessed without permission; and
• use your account only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control.

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to Edgepulse systems;

• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or proprietary systems;
• use automated systems to abuse or overload the Service;
• impersonate another person or entity;
• attempt to bypass subscription restrictions; or
• use the Service in a way that could damage Edgepulse or other users.

12. Intellectual Property

All Edgepulse software, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, databases, AI systems, analysis methods, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Edgepulse unless otherwise stated.

Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You do not acquire ownership of Edgepulse's intellectual property by using or subscribing to the Service.

13. Availability of the Service

We aim to keep Edgepulse available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• maintenance;
• technical problems;
• software or infrastructure failures;
• third-party service outages;
• internet or network problems;
• security incidents; or
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Edgepulse from time to time.

14. Third-Party Services and Betting Providers

Edgepulse may display information obtained from or relating to third-party bookmakers, sports-data providers, payment processors, APIs, websites, or other services.

Edgepulse does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, policies, terms, or actions.

Any betting account you maintain with a bookmaker is separate from your Edgepulse account.

Edgepulse does not control the odds, markets, availability, limits, or terms offered by bookmakers.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edgepulse will not be responsible for losses arising from:

• betting decisions made by you;
• money lost through gambling;
• reliance on an AI-generated prediction or recommendation;
• inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information;
• changes to betting odds or markets;
• bookmaker decisions or actions;
• third-party service interruptions;
• technical problems outside Edgepulse's reasonable control; or
• unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. No Financial Advice

Edgepulse provides betting-related information and analysis.

The Service is not intended to constitute financial, investment, legal, accounting, or professional advice.

You should make your own decisions based on your circumstances and risk tolerance.

17. Responsible Gambling

Edgepulse encourages responsible gambling.

You should establish limits on the amount of money and time you spend gambling and should never gamble with money required for essential expenses.

Edgepulse does not encourage users to chase losses or increase wagers in an attempt to recover previous losses.

18. Account Suspension and Termination

Edgepulse may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that:

• the account is being used unlawfully;
• the account is being used fraudulently;
• the Service is being abused;
• payment obligations have not been met; or

Any disputes will be dealt with in accordance with applicable New Zealand law and any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to you.

22. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove, restrict, or replace rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

For users in New Zealand, applicable consumer protections may include the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
